Rental Agreement
|
$100 - Non refundable deposit due the day of booking will hold any space.
Note: To preserve the atmosphere of our 18th century village we request that NO vehicles be in the vIllage after 9:00 am or before 5:00 pm.
Here are some examples:
Welcome Center - Reception Hall (Air conditioned)
$250 for the first three hours - seats 180 - 200
$50 per hour for each additional hour
$50 for use of the kitchen
$50 for use of the dishware

$250 - seats 150
does not include the minister or the organist

Tavern
250 seats 80-100 upstairs and downstairs combined
$50 for each additional hour
(There are minimal kitchan facilities available in tavern)

Horse and Buggy
$100 for up to two hours of ride time
None of the above prices include admission to the Village. Reduced packages are available for admissions, meals, and entertainment for your group.
